Alumna Maria Crippa published “Prosecuting Crimes Against Migrants Before Domestic Courts: Challenges of Extraterritorial Justice in Italy” in the Journal of International Criminal Justice, based on her re:constitution project on accountability for crimes against migrants.
Team Retreat Time!
The re:constitution team spent two productive days together. It’s been a great opportunity for exchange, strategic discussions and creative brainstorming.
Fresh perspectives and exciting initiatives are taking shape - stay tuned for what's coming next!
She will be at the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe, where she already conducted research in September last year, as well as at DIGNITY - Danish Institute Against Torture in Copenhagen and the ECCHR - European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights @ecchr.bsky.social in Berlin.
