Okay, kannst mir mal ein Beispiel geben. ITIL nutze ich gerade um die Services zu definieren, die unsere Anwender bei uns anfragen werden dürfen. Das fand ich anfangs etwas schwierig, aber so langsam wirds.. zumindest für den Rahmen fand ich es sehr hilfreich

Wie wär’s mit den ITIL zertifizierungen. Finde das alles recht abstrakt, aber auf nen theoretischen Architekturansatz.. na mein Ding wär das jetzt nicht 😄
