Dr. El-Sayed was everywhere at convention. He and his staff worked very hard. I got to meet him briefly (and yes, I fan-girled so bad I left my camera on the table).
There were a lot of feelings in the room at the Michigan Democratic Party Spring Nominating Convention in Detroit yesterday. But lets talk about the positive. Dr. Abdul El-Sayed’s speech was electric. Pardon the cheap seats, but you will get the gist. It was a moment.

Isn’t it funny, it only took four women coming forward to ruin Swalwell’s career. 28 women came forward on Trump and not a single needle moved for republicans.
Contrary to public perception a huge % of pregnant teenagers in the 1990s were impregnated by adult men. The younger they were, the larger the average age gap between mother and father was. Fixing teen pregnancy was in part a clampdown on statutory rape. That's what conservatives want to reverse.
