I think its also important to remember that "healthy" doesn't have one shape or size, and that *everything* poses health risks. Obsessing over an ideal picture of health is just gonna make you lose more sleep, which will ironically make you *less* healthy. Do what you can, live the way you waht.

A lot of it is just doing what you can to be healthy while also doing what you love. For me, that's planning around going to the gym, keeping my fiber, vitamins, and other necessary nutrients in check, and getting medicine to help in other places. You only live once, so you ought to enjoy it, know?
