So, the purpose of our little trip was to see this show of Anila Quayyum Agha’s work at the Wichita Art Museum. She uses light, shadow, embroidery, paper and steel cutting, and more. The poem in the last pic is incorporated into the pic prior. Extremely powerful, beautiful work.
