Is there a tool that lets me post on here and twitter st the same time

I dont really agree with this.

If you dont get it into the details of what you are creating, you are essentially shipping someone elses solution (the code that the AI has trained on). You will then create a product that looks and feels like any other such product.

You should ship well, and think.

Why not just buy it when youre 40

It did not answer a question worth spending a million dollars on - whilst spending a million dollars.

I am curious if it has the capacity to reach that benchmark. Our brains are pretty cheap in comparison.

Hey Ethan,

Reports seem to suggest o3 does produce impressive results, but at a crazy cost/prompt. Do you see it actually havibg any meaningful or practical utility in the foreseeable future or is it more a cool science experiment?

I suck too but I just keep at itπŸ˜…

I guess you should aim to talk to your customers as much as possible. When that becomes unfeasible, AI helpers could be valuable.

But when you only have 10 real users, thats when it gets absurd

interesting! ive gone by their own documentation and it works smoothly for me.

Langchain has great frameworks for this!

Creating structured output, giving AI:s tools and creating logical flows to trigger actions based on conditions.

Atlas - Engagement-Based Social Graph for Bluesky by Jaz (jaz.bsky.social)

Growth has stalled on this platform significantly in terms of new user, but it seems like the engagement is still strong.

Do you think there will be a new wave to this platform?

Nothing worse than making a cool but totally worthless gadget!

The deep goal of bluesky is to decentralize the social internet so that every individual controls their experience of it rather than having it be controlled by 5 random billionaires. Everyone thinks they signed up for a demuskified twitter...we actually signed an exciting and bizarre experiment.

Define your target audience - who should want this?

Understand their problems.

Then find 5 people like that. In your immediate circle or your friends of friends.

Make a lofi-prototype and give it to em. Ask them to pay - or what that would take.

If they dig it, find others like em.

Dont build before you know others want it. Unfortunately no amount of SEO or any other marketing can fix that.

fun!

No one cares that your product is AI-powered just as I dont care that my lamp is electricity-powered.

I just need to know that it produces light.

I get that. I think they want to find a way to appeal to the masses and not to AI tech bros - truth is most people couldnt care less about words like open-source, RAG or prompt engineering. Theyre way past that target demographic, anyhow.

why?

πŸ’‘ Solve a problem for 10 people and you have an idea

🧒 Solve a problem for 100 people and you have a side project

πŸ§‘β€πŸ’» Solve a problem for 1000 people and you have a startup

πŸ¦„ Solve a problem for 10,000 people and you have a unicorn

In the new startup ecosystem I see so many:

- neat tools to optimize dev work
- tools to do general marketing sales tasks a bit faster or cheaper

I think the truly successfull products solve deep problems in the real world. None of this frothy stuff will make it.

Do you agree?
