My OCD got diagnosed legit 30 years ago and is very much under control thanks to 3 decades of therapy but there’s some lingering Brain Is Lying Shit I still deal with, so again this is a win for me. Shoutout to the 5 ice cubes in my kombucha

My therapist is on parental leave but I KNOW they would be so proud of me for consistently using an odd number of ice cubes recently in defiance of my ocd
