This is really wonderful and insightful, I’m a highly verbal autistic person who has direct support staff who visit weekly mostly I feel for my co-morbid ADHD which is hard to manage. I really love what is being says here.

Yesterday I ate a combo of things that make me slightly ill and I started the morning really badly in the bathroom back and forth until 10:00 am also discovered I cannot eat kiwi fruit in anymore without a really dire sore throat. But am hopefully almost recovered.
