After some trimming, I wrap the bulky foam up with pre-wrap, or athletic tape, whatever you call it. It makes it smooth and ready to hide under clothes (so excited for clothes!)

Next step: chunkin em up with foam.

Armatures are made of aluminum wire with some added strength from plumber's epoxy (the gray bits) and the chest and pelvis are 3D printed.
