Basically gymnasts have to be able to do 3 straight arm kips in a row on high bar before they can get grips which help with more advanced uneven bar moves. Also I don’t know how to explain what a kip is so you can look that one up 😂

Got to visit my beautiful grandma’s memorial site yesterday. Her ashes are buried under this massive saguaro. It’s such a lovely spot.
