I've got Saka + Palmer already and no Salah.
So it really feels like its Haaland or Salah for me, and I still just about feel like I prefer Haaland for the next few.

That is very true! JP taken off at 64 mins could've been a very different result there vs Haaland this GW for example.
Jury is still out in Bruno as he plays tomorrow, but wiv IPS , he should payoff your transfer.
We can only plan and hope for the best. Nothing is guaranteed in FPL

Foden, imo, should start and will get decent mins and maybe 90 like Gw11.
