Want to nominate someone our yourself for an award? The deadline for nominations is April 1, 2026!
Most importantly, watch out for the Best Student Paper Award which will be awarded by Yilin Su, Allison Ko and Camila Mont’Alverne as well as the Best Dissertation Award which will be handed out by Rosalynd Southern, Will Schulz, Shir Raviv and Eddie Yang!
Jan Zilinsky, Thomas Zeitzoff and Rajeshwari Majumdar will be handing out the Best Conference Paper Award. Curd Knüpfer, Michael Bossetta and Manu Singh Burson serve on the Best Public Facing Scholarship Award.
Antonis Kalogeropoulos, Václav Štětka and Benjamin Burnley serve on the committee for the Best Book Award. Lindsay Hoffman, Daniel Muise, Augusto Valeriani and Sabina Mihelj will choose the Best Article Published in our journal, Information Technology and Politics.
We welcome Shelley Boulianne as 2025-2026 Section Chair, Jiang Li as Vice Chair and Cher Elect, Ben Epstein as Section Secretary, Leticia Bode as Treasurer and Katharina Heger as Communications Officer! Furthermore, we would like to announce the award committee members:
