I've been showing Jerry what for.

These are fantastic!
There's got to be a Battle of Britain joke in here somewhere...
That's 25000mm! ๐คฏ
This is a great conversion. I hate it.
The manufacturing has definitely improved. But I think I'd rather deal with a few mold lines than build some of the newer kits with a bajillion tiny pieces. I dunno. Swings and roundabouts.
I have the old Eldar Combat Patrol in my pile of shame, with the intention of painting them as Iyanden. I spent ages trying different ways to paint yellow. Settled on one I liked. Then got distracted by another project... But I'll return to them some day.
Fell asleep on the sofa after dinner, so no hobby time for me tonight ๐
This new moldline remover is nuts.
Memes aside, the pic on the left looks so good. I love that you merged your PS1 horror and cutesy styles you've been evolving for so long into one thing and it works so well.
Powered through and finished building all 10. Glad that's over! ๐ That's all 20 troops including the skyreavers done now. Just the two characters and vehicle to do.
I do like how flexible it is. The legs and torsos go together in fixed poses, but the arms and heads are very interchangeable and dare I say "poseable". And tons of useable spare parts for the bits box.
Yep. I would say just take your time. Manage your expectations and don't expect to get them all done quickly.
These Voidreavers are a great kit, but *really* fiddly to build. Getting there though. Building as two squads of five. One with rifles and one with swords.
Looks great. Perfect converted as a chaos vehicle. I like how you've removed the weird headlights and patched up the hole in the side. Always looked like a fun kit, marred by a couple odd design choices, but you've dealt with that.
Well I'm glad you found your sweet spot ๐
Imagine if you drew it SIX times!!! ๐ฑ๐คฏ
Cogtooth... and/or crenellations...
I thought it would be easier to stencil that on rather than paint hazard stripes ๐
Cool! Look forward to watching this later. I'm also using 30k bits for 40k Iron Warriors. They don't look as good as yours, mind!
Three genestealers (from the old Battle For Mcragge box) painted up for Grimdark Future Firefight.
Assembled my first 5 Eldritch Raiders.
a selfie of a white guy with a beard and a wool hat with behind him a playmat of the ninja turtles playing a card game at their cozy sewer base.
I illustrated this Turtle playmat and now you can get one too.

I thought the cat was Splinter ๐
This turned out great!
Anything that works is valid.
Instead of sketch and line art, it's like line art twice?
But it is Ansgil who finishes the fight. Seeing his chance he raises his still-loaded crossbow and puts a bolt squarely between the eyes of the goblin they came to kill.
"I had it," mutters Sven to himself, then slumps down to the ground, nursing his wounds.
Desperate, the goblin shaman finally manages to use his power, sending a magical poison dart flying towards Sven. It goes wide. The shaman panics and cowers in the corner, muttering another incantation as the dwarf barrels towards him.
Parrying the goblin's blow, the wizard strikes out again. This time his dagger hits it's mark and the goblin slumps backwards, dead. "I think I'm getting the hang of his!" Magnus boasts.
