Fed up of doing surveys. Year on year GPNs are lagging behind their peers elsewhere. It is the biggest barriers to recruitment and retention. Will ARRS make a difference? Not convinced.

Me too. Was most satisfying part of me role as an ANP. But clinicians need the knowledge and skills to do this well and we are increasingly seeing a task orientated fragment approach to such patients

I am currently experiencing the trauma… and it is trauma of seeing my mother die painfully and slowly. Absolutely horrendous. It shouldn’t be like this.
