This is yet more evidence of corruption by the Trump administration.

Thinking about that South Korean politician that scaled a wall during a military blockade just to vote against martial law while our Congress tweets about how much they disagree with bombs from Barbados

If just five percent of the population focused all their attention on Congress, they would be truly scared.

We cannot absolve ourselves with “I didn’t vote for this.”

The US is a government of the People, by the People, for the People.

Whether through ignorance or apathy, We the People collectively allowed ourselves to reach this point.

Be prepared to own it.

The gas crisis makes me really glad I live in NYC and not anywhere else in car dependent America. Hopefully everyone can learn from our example

Dan Rather represents an era when journalism wasn't as polarized into political groups. I miss those days. 😭

A set of screenshots from DEEP SPACE NINE. An old Klingon throws his arms around Dax and shouts "Curzon, my beloved old friend!"

Dax returns the hug and says "I'm Jadzia now."

The Klingon grabs her shoulders, smiles, and says "Jadzia, my beloved old friend!"

Star Trek figured this out thirty years ago. It's not hard. Even an old, drunk Klingon got it.

Japan ditched Daylight Saving Time in 1951. They’ve enjoyed sun-aligned permanent Standard Time for three quarters of a century since.

This is really be 25th Amendment levels of stupid. We can’t have a president, much less a dictator, who is this stupid and/or intentionally ignorant on a topic that affects millions of American lives every year.

It is possible to hold the people in the highest positions of government accountable. This is necessary for good government.

It’s government “Of the people, by the people, for the people”. The instant that a President decides the people are the problem, that person is no longer fit to hold office.

Putting the President above the law is a huge mistake.

Excellent work. Not only do we understand a very rare side effect, but also now understand how the same thing happens to people who never received the vaccine.

Congress Is Considering Abolishing Your Right to Be Anonymous Online The bipartisan push to remove anonymity from the internet is ushering in an era of unprecedented mass surveillance and censorship.

"Stripping anonymity from the internet would constitute one of the most sweeping rollbacks of civil rights in recent history. It would allow for unprecedented levels of mass surveillance and censorship, endangering the most marginalized members of society."

I have great respect for this sentiment. Eisenhower deeply understood the cost of war.

If everyone votes in the midterms, dems should have the majority in Congress. That will greatly limit what the president can get away with. If we put enough pressure on Congress, we can impeach, convict, and remove him from office. We must focus all our energy on Congress.

All our attention and energy should be focused on Congress.

We must remember that members of Congress are also hearing from Trump supporters. Politicians mostly pay attention to how many citizens support each issue. It’s on us to make sure we outnumber the opposition. That is why we must contact members of Congress, often.

We must all contact our representatives and senators, repeatedly, and let them know that we demand, not request, that they remove the president from office. They don’t hea these conversations on social media. We must contact them at their offices or anywhere they appear in public.

We must actually contact members of Congress. They don’t see anything on social media.

That’s where the People come in. We must make it very clear to members of Congress what we expect and that we will remove them at the earliest opportunity.

This is why Congress has the power to impeach, convict, and remove a president.

If you found fraud, take people to court. If you don't take people to court, we have to assume that you did not actually find any fraud.

Legitimate concern. If the postal service simply refused to deliver your mail, what would you do?

I am happy to see them publicly acknowledging the issue and making changes. It seems journalistic integrity has been dropping in the United States recently. News organizations continuing to enforce standards is to be praised and supported.
