I try to eat fish for weeks in observation of lent, but come Easter everyone brings meat to gatherings to break the fasting. I usually have a pain flare up because of one day of unhealthy eating, and then I end up buying fish to eat for a few days again to clean up my diet. 🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

I see too many "gyms" where they don't try to fix bad form. Rowing, in particular, is most effective when form follows the legs-body-arms sequence. Many just do legs-arms. Gotta engage the core and lean back a little.
