I think creators should retain the right to have the final say in how accessible their work is, and if they don't want it to be public anymore, people should maybe respect that.
Like on one hand I do believe in preservation of certain things, but on the other, I really don't think we should slap the lost media label on every single thing that is suddenly no longer available to the public. It just brings a certain degree of entitlement to the picture.
Is it "lost media" or is it something made by a single person that they decided they'd rather not have open to the wide reaches of the internet anymore.
