Another update is due... once we've finished all of them, let's see if all of the can deliver.

Back to the topic... Even though these movies were about and for a younger audience - they managed to capture the whole age range and that is impressive.
I almost finished the second movie and we will definitely continue to watch all the movies again.
I think the most recent experience of this that I noticed was in the earliest seasons of Game of Thrones.
The way they manage to keep their class clips short and engaging without it being a 10 - 30 minute scene each time is brilliant. How they weave in the additional cast through time so that you're not only following Harry + Ron and Hermione.
The way they introduce, explore and emphasize the environment around Hogwarts in the movies is exceptionel. You get a sense of being there that I haven't felt in recent movies.
But it wasn't until she also suggested that we started to watch some of the original Harry Potter movies again that I got a feeling back that I thought was just nostalgia.
It started with my wife and I wanting to play some game together and she suggested the new Harry Potter game, Hogwarts Legacy. Great game, does exploration and tutorial really well. Combat feels good and responsive for the most part.
Recently I've been dragged into the Harry Potter universe again and wow I have thoughts. a 🧵

Scheduling is done for the day! Onto the landingpage!
Todays priorities are:
Scheduling social posts for:
- @guest.gallery (2 a day)
- my new experiment (1 a day)
Start on the landing page for my new experiment with the goal of being able to collect emails this week! Let's gauge some interest 👀

So while building a landing page to gather emails and interests. I’m testing and refining my idea. Let’s see where this goes!
“Build things that don’t scale” is often said by Y Combinator and I believe whole heartedly in this quote.
I’m being the first customer of my own product as I had a problem that I thought other would have. If I can solve it, not only will I have proofed it works, I can then scale it up and show it as prof to customers.
I don’t have a website but still I’m starting to prove the product value. This is the most important lesson you learn through multiple businesses - start testing early.
Yesterday I bought a new domain! 🎆 Heres how I’m proceeding. A 🧵

Finally my wife ❤️ made the best dinner for me and my daughter! I’m feeling so good leaving out carbs more often!
@replysky.com has always been profitable but few customer as much more customization is needed. @guest.gallery is where magic is happening I just needed to focus on reducing costs by building my own infrastructure!
After making the books, December was the first profitable month for my Company Kyca! ❤️
I setup social marketing for the next week with Buffer 🤩📣
Today has been a wonderful day. A 🧵

Finally got around to improving our upload reliability, nerver actually figured why iOS + safari behaves as it does but at least now it good enough.
It’s so hilariously stupid that Facebook messenger does not show images on links anymore - because of their end-to-end-encryption. 😡
Probably not, but inconvenient for me…
Why does s3 only support chunking of files above 5MB. That’s stupid.
Also why the decrease in revenue?
- Seasonality 😓
Happy to share we’re currently in the green for the first time!
Now we’re looking at a Google ads bill ruining it 😂
