This is a perfect salad. No salad is improved with blue cheese salad dressing which is an incorrectly categorized dip. Separate blue cheese crumbles and an oil & vinegar based dressing (or honey mustard if you are a child) is always preferred.

All creamy dressings (based on mayo, yogurt, sour cream or buttermilk) are incorrectly categorized snack dips or sandwich sauces. They have no business being on a salad.

I concede that blue cheese dressing is an integral part of a wedge salad, but I submit that it is a terrible salad.
