I feel so lucky to have been in his orbit. He taught me so much about random factoids and sitcoms I forgot, and he was brilliant in his way of tying things together. His passion towards life was contagious. His warmth and generosity will stay with me. Godspeed, Will, and thank you.

We shared inside jokes about blogging and how difficult it is to find an audience to connect with, as well as bonding over music and collecting. We became friends and made several attempts to meet in real life but plans always fell through because of the pandemic and raising kids.
I'm devastated over the passing of @williambwest.bsky.social. We never met even though we both live in MD, and we chatted regularly over the years. I loved his writing and humor. He once joked that we should divide up the thrift stories by territory while we searched for our blog material.
