I keep underestimating how long it takes me to make all the notes…It’ll be done by tomorrow but I’m certain it won’t be by tomorrow evening.

Not much left to work on for the next LUTI video but it’s currently looking like it won’t be fully ready to post today. I will have it out by Sunday though. While I would’ve preferred to have finished it and posted it by the evening I’m fine with missing Saturday so long as it’s out on the weekend.

It took a little over a week of editing but I finally finished making a video of my pov of @absolutionspl.bsky.social’s first LUTI set of season 17. Gonna go through the rest over the next few weeks until I get through all of our LUTI matches.

Really the only thing that was holding me back from completing it was being hesitant about feedback and delaying getting it for what I had at the time. The feedback that I got helped out a lot and made me much more confident in the end result. TY @wraithspl.bsky.social.

Ok I know it wasn’t out by Saturday but all that’s left of my LUTI week 1 video are a few touchups and that’s it. Every cut and edit is done and the thumbnail is already finished. The video should be out later today. It might not be Saturday but I’m satisfied as long as I get it out on the weekend.

I might get started on week 2 early but I’ve got another idea in mind that I’ll probably get started on instead. If so I’ll be working on LUTI week 2 on…well…week 2 of editing everything. Should be more than doable, but I’ll be quote reposting this if I end up doing diddly squat instead.

Only two matches left to annotate on the first LUTI vid. After that there might be a few more cuts or changes, I might add an intro VO, and I’ll doubtlessly find something else to adjust while while watching FINALfinalLUTIweek1cut.mp4 but I’d say I’m about 65-70% done.

…potatoes probably being fake and that being why they were wrapped. Why would we sell fake potatoes? How or why would one even fake potatoes to begin with? I have no clue. I wish I was closer to hear better but I had to pause for a moment to process and question what I just heard.

Mo & Krill: The bastards are really fun to play as. Need to learn how to use Combo in a teamfight and Sandblast more often. Might try to learn ‘em.

Ivy: I avoided playing her for a while as I was nervous about using Air Drop but I’m gonna start playing her on the regular now. She’s too damn fun.

Played a some characters I hadn’t before in deadlock today. I may have dropped to ritualist but it was (mostly) fun.

Abrams: Really enjoyable once I got a build going (and got carried) but I gotta learn how to win my fights…

I’ve had a ton of energy lately and I have no clue why. Dunno if it’s confidence, starting back ADHD meds again, or if I was seasonally depressed. Gonna try to take advantage of this high while I can.

Also might aim to start streaming X battles. Got an idea in mind if I really start to tilt and need a break. All I’ll say for now is that it likely won’t just be a Splatoon stream.

One a week might be feasible given I’m not (or shouldn’t be) editing too much. It would also make for a nice release schedule. Gonna aim to have each set out by Saturday.

I still have recordings from my PoV of our LUTI run and I’m gonna try to edit those down when I have the time. Maybe I’ll fixate on it the same way I did for the w&o server gay sex update. Gonna have to focus on cuts and maybe some text so feature creep doesn’t drag the projects down again.
