Portland airport requires they charge the same as in the city, though some of the airport places aren't in the city anymore. Still nice to arrive early, not stress about time and enjoy 3-4 beers without breaking the bank worse than a Friday night.
Maybe I am just badly broken but I think airports are fascinating. *Planes* (or at least how we power them) kinda suck and I think what I'm actually pining for are European-style train stations that have oodles of everything.
