One day left to submit an abstract to our #Neuroscience and #AI conference in #Rome:
www.neuromosnter.org
We have been exceptionally fortunate to get this lineup of speakers, at the most fast-paced and interesting time in both of these fields.

An amazing lineup spanning Neuro, Cog Sci, and AI. Held in a Roman villa with an ancient aqueduct through it!
It’s a unique setting to understand the latest and greatest from the three disciplines of intelligence.
Come!

📢📢 Announcing this year's conference on the Mathematics of Neuroscience & AI (Rome, 9-12th June). We’ve got a stellar line-up and venue, and invite everyone to join:
www.neuromonster.org
Last handful of seats left, if that tickles your fancy: www.neuromonster.org
Just checked into the main venue in Croatia, to start setting up for next week's conference on the Mathematics of #Neuroscience and #AI. Everything looking great!
Thanks a lot to our local partners University of Rijeka, CroAI (Croatian AI Association), and Fifth Quarter Ventures
Come along and join us, present some work, or just enjoy the sun and talks!

🌊 I can't believe it's only 10 days away! Our 6th Conference on the Mathematics of #Neuroscience and #AI in #Split, #Croatia!
The team has put together a quite unheard of line-up, with many of the original and emerging pioneers in these two influential disciplines.
We hope that by offering the world leader's research perspectives on AI, as well as recent breakthroughs, we can contribute back to this vibrant community.
Registration and abstract submission still open: www.neuromonster.org
It's a great pleasure to announce @croai.bsky.social as our official local partner for this year's conference on the Mathematics of Neuroscience and AI in Split!
CroAI have done a tremendous job collecting and cultivating the #AI community in #Croatia via talks, workshops, & global representation
Ida is an inspiration to many, and we’re truly honored to have her at the conference. Follow the link below to learn more, submit something, and come and join the fun:

This broad engagement reflects Ida’s truly multi-disciplinary background: Electrophysiology, Memory, and Navigation at @columbiauniversity.bsky.social, neuroscience at PNI, psychology at BCCN Berlin, philosophy of science at @utrechtuniversity.bsky.social and software engineering at Tehran.
Their recent areas of focus include many of AI's frontier problems: #multimodal generative models, #collective innovation by groups of LLMs, human-AI #alignment (in games), and multiscale #memory!
Now let’s give a round of applause to @neuroai.bsky.social, who will give an eagerly awaited keynote talk at our upcoming conference on #neuroscience and #AI.
Ida is Principle Researcher at @msftresearch.bsky.social, where they develop novel and innovative #generative AI algorithms!
Submissions are still open, and registration link is in the comments below: www.neuromonster.org
@thoughtchannel.bsky.social
He continues to contribute, not only through provoking talks at conferences but also active research on deep learning at @stanfordhai.bsky.social and DeepMind.
Come and join us to hear from Jay and many others in #Croatia this year:
This was a catalyst for a decade of research and discovery in the computational aspects of intelligence, even bringing #shepherds down from the hills to study #AI.
Over his storied career, Jay has supervised many great thinkers, including @saxelab.bsky.social and @annaschapiro.bsky.social...
Today we honor one of computational #neuroscience’s founding parents, Professor Jay McClelland.
Jay, along with Rumelhart, and Hinton @nobelprize.bsky.social, is broadly thought to be responsible for ushering in the second wave of connectionism with their Parallel Distributed Processing book...
@thoughtchannel.bsky.social
Their work has appeared in The Atlantic, Quanta, Nautilus, and MIT Technology Review, and in 2019, they were named an MIT Tech Review Innovator Under 35.
Kim will give a keynote talk on neural theory day of our upcoming conference on the Mathematics of #Neuroscience and #AI in Split, Croatia.
Kim completed their PhD at @princetonneuro.bsky.social under Matthew Botvinick, focusing on the computational role of predictive representations in the hippocampus. Since then she has published widely, on successor representations, physical simulations and graph NNs, symbolic models, and more!
This afternoon’s focus is on @neurokim.bsky.social, research scientist at Google DeepMind and affiliate faculty at Columbia—someone that has done tremendously creative work applying computational thinking to both neuroscience and deep learning.
