Just saw this now, thank you @waitmanwbeorn.com. I also just used the nausea-scene from the "The Zone of Interest" coupled with your excellent commentary (from the podcast) in a recent class discussion.
I showed this clip from "The Act of Killing" (2012) in my Comparative Genocide class this morning because it's really a great example of the challenges of seeing disgust/discomfort in perpetrators as a sign of moral conflict.
