Something I was surprised to stumble across is that you can't listen to lossless audio wirelessly with apple kit. It'll be very very good quality lossy audio, but it'll be lossy and not lossless.

The most recent (discontinued in 2018) apple airport express could do this. Used ones can be bought pretty cheaply. As long as apple's configuration app is still available and works on phones it's probably still possible to do it now.
