We had 26C yesterday.
This is how it feels to be an artist when your local community decides to celebrate their culture by using the machine that turns culture into sausage meat.
It is a great book, and yes, it had me getting hungry for the food described. Forewarned is forearmed; make sure your fridge is well stocked with butter before you read.
:-)
Autocorrect: I hate its shirt!
Scary stuff.
I have read two of his novels. I have all of yours.
Well, even if the tension was about NASA a nice cup of tea would still be relevant, as well as the hugs if needed.
I am still anxious for them. With all the faults that were found before they lifted off I fear more could be lurking. They did not have many trial runs before this mission. It was Apollo 8 before this mission was undertaken in the 70s. I wish them luck and hope everything works smoothly.

Tonight.

Sorry to hear your team is not great at socialising. Their loss.
I love the book warmers. We were in the Ashmolean in February but did not get to see these.
In the 1960s we had a ceramic hot water bottle. We wrapped it in a towel when using it in bed. It had a big cork stopper.
Best of luck.

Lots of hugs!
You’re welcome.
I retired in February, 2023. My last working day in March was in 2022.
We really enjoyed our week in Oxford. It would have been better had we visited this week and caught this session.
Not a pleasant thought.
I have just watched the last episode of “How To Get To Heaven From Belfast”, the new series written by Lisa McGee, the author of “Derry Girls”.
It is great.
Would you guess we have just prepared some food for ourselves?
Big hug. It is frustrating when medical people refuse to listen about your past lived experience of treatments. Wishing you strength to beat them into civility.
Curiouser and curiouser.
I have seen this room in films. The Ipcress File springs to mind.
Nice!
We have arrived at Loftus Hall.
Bwahahahahaha…
