So I have a thought… if there were a runaway nuclear reaction (THERE SHOULDNT BE) could there exist, in the right cicumstances, a catalyst that would cause lots of small collapses to tiny black holes that would then evaporate, rather than an ongoing process toward a larger chain reaction?
