Next version of tinyglobby, you'll be able to glob internet links as well, thanks to our new axios integration!! The library used to have two dependencies, but with this new functionality we consider it worth it to increase it to 28

if it's only failing on windows then pretty much the only thing that could fail is that windows style paths are being used somewhere i think? that pr doesnt just replace glob but also minimatch. hope this helps 👍
