I used a mix of flour and semolina for the work surface, the baking tray and on top of the dough before putting it in the oven

Preheat your oven and bake for 30min at 200–220°C Place a baking sheet with ice cubes or water on the bottom rack of the oven to help form a crust!

400g all-purpose flour
300g warm water
1 tbsp dry yeast
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp salt

Rest 30min -> Fold (as shown at 0:06)-> Rest 30min -> Fold (as shown at 0:09) -> Rest 30min. Cut it and shape it! Wetting your hands really helps with handling the dough
