A Shadow the Hedgehog container on shelf in a thrift store. The proportions make the Shadow art look comically small; he has really short legs and looks like an angry child.
Mom said it's my turn on the Dreamcast.

A total solar eclipse. A large black circle blocks the center of the photo; that's the moon. A large white glow surrounds the moon, which is the sun's corona. The corona's plasma is creating curvy loops in some spots. And around the 6 o'clock and 10 o'clock positions there are red spots of solar prominence emitting from the sun behind the moon.
2 years ago, today! I still can't believe I captured this.
Zoom in and look at the plasma moving with the sun's electromagnetic field; it's curvy! Also take note of the red spots of solar prominence.
An iPod touch 4th generation showing a Safari tab with a screen of red square Live Tiles, representing the Windows Phone 7 home screen. The tiles show a unique icon in each, like a phone, a message bubble, and the Outlook email icon. The photos tile shows previews of people's faces. The calendar tile is wider and shows previews of events in the day.
Remember when you could "run" Windows Phone 7 in a web browser? (Does it still exist?)
It looks great on an iPod!
UPDATE: I received word from one of the Mimms Museum co-founders. The board is actually a replica, but the check is real. Still very cool!

A big, plastic button on an arcade machine which shows Sonic the Hedgehog's face. There's two arrows, one on each side, pointing to the button, and they both have big red text that says ball drop.
Do I press this button to drop Sonic's balls? Instructions unclear.
A yellow/brown-ish motherboard that says Apple Computer A, copyright symbol 75. The board is autographed by Daniel Kottke. The locations on the board where the integrated circuit chips would normally be soldered are unpopulated, but there's still several capacitors and resistors on the board. A signature on top appears to be Apple co-founder Ronald Wayne.
I've never seen one of these rare beauties with my own eyes before. It's a prototype Apple Computer A board. This predates the Apple 1.

A Canon EOS R7 camera attached to a very long camera lens.
This is what I used to take the photo. The lens is a 600mm Tamron attached to a Tamron 2x teleconverter which effectively makes the lens a 1,200mm lens.
A photo of a waxing gibbous moon through a long camera lens. The moon appears much larger than what the naked eye can see on Earth, and high contrast shadows of craters are visible near the bottom.
I think today is an appropriate day to share my favorite photo I ever took of our moon. I love the shadows in the craters.
The lower right corner of a 2008 MacBook screen showing a Windows XP Setup screen. The gray bar says: copying driver dot cab.
I often wonder if Microsoft chose this name on purpose to look like "cab driver" or if it was a coincidence…
SOLD! Thank you! I'm surprised at how many people messaged me about this. I'm happy to see MacBook enthusiasm!

Anyone want a 2010 MacBook with an SSD? I'll bundle a boxed Snow Leopard DVD too. 👀 Just DM me to talk price!
I have to use Outlook because of current events.
Scene from Interstellar with Cooper piloting a spaceship. He's staring forward with the caption below saying, if you open Microsoft Outlook, the airlock will depressurize. A faint image of the blue Microsoft Outlook email icon reflects in the window.
He tried to warn him. 😔
A macOS app named Portal Codes Guide. The window shows many lines of green text that display Source Engine commands with descriptions. Three buttons in the toolbar say: copy, hide, quit. An about window shows a book icon and says, Portal Codes Guide, Version 2.0.1, 2010, Computer Clan on the computer clan dot com.
Oh my gosh, I found this old app I made 16 years ago. It still works, but the tab bar doesn't render right.
I needed a guide to organize Source Engine commands so I made this for myself, but I also released it publicly.
A shocked Krazy Ken sitting in his lair and listening to music on a yellow PonoPlayer device. He's wearing Sennheiser HD650 headphones connected to the two output jacks on the player.
I appreciate everyone's patience with my PonoPlayer episode. It will be finished soon, but the reason it's taking longer is I encountered a bottleneck in my process.
I really need to hire another motion graphics artist. 😮💨
Stay tuned! Good stuff's coming…

A print of the original Apple Computer Company logo addressed to Ken and signed by the artist and Apple co-founder, Ron Wayne. The illustration shows Isaac Newton sitting under an Apple tree. There's also prints of the Apple-1 operation manual, and a copy of the book Adventures of an Apple Founder.
Happy 50th birthday, Apple. 🍎
A thick serif font showing the number 50, but the counter (the center) of the zero is cut out in the shape of the Apple logo. The number is floating on top of a rainbow colored background which follows the colors of the vintage Apple logo. Light and dark drop shadows make it look like the numbers are morphing out of the background slightly. Text above the number 50 says: Apple's 50th Anniversary Vlog, April 1 at 9:00 AM CDT.
🥳My special vlog launches tomorrow (April 1) at 9:00 AM CDT (UTC-5) on the Computer Clan YouTube channel "Posts" tab.

A physical copy of the Neil Young/Crazy Horse album, Reactor. The cover is black with a large, red triangle coming in from the right side. A 2D illustration of Shadow the Hedgehog is floating on top of the album. He's a black and red anthropomorphic hedgehog.
This album is very Shadow-coded.

a Pixar Image Computer P-II and CRT monitor on display at a museum. The P-II is a cube-shaped computer with granite texture. The front logo says Pixar written in a serif font. The monitor also has a granite texture with the Pixar logo on the lower bezel.
Pixar Image Computer P-II on display at the Mimms Museum. 🤤 I love cube-shaped computers.
