It doesn't have to be overtly pro-black. Just a pledge that all budget issues prioritize the median citizens 1st, foreign aid / military = secondary priorities. Get that pledge from all young politicians & remind them of it, every election. Publish a list. Make it cool.
Make paying taxes feel good.

A US senator is already owned. They have signed a No New Tax pledge (ignoring the tariff fiasco), they are compromised by Israel, it's too late.
Get the pledge from noobs with bright futures. If s/he is alone, they won't make it. This needs to happen nationwide. We need to model their behavior.

Next: you have to be a committed voter supporting politicians that are willing to prioritize the citizens over the military. A reasonable military is not anti-military- only that we can no longer support a blank-check budget while the people struggle.
You have to start with young, state-level folks.

Vote for lower taxes, all poors suffer but moreso black & brown.
