The other day, my wife and I had an appointment at one of those corporate buildings with dozens of executive suites. After the appointment, as we walked toward the exit, she needed to use the restroom. So I did what I’ve done a bajillion times: I waited in the hall outside the restroom. It was about 5:30pm so the building was empty-ish. I was the only person in the hall, until I wasn’t. A woman came off the elevator near me, and lucky for her, I am not one of those 62,000,000 men. She could tell because I was wearing my club “good guy” shirt and she had on her “better than the bear” decoder ring. So we high-fived and she left the building feeling completely safe.

I'd say that the IRGC vs IRGC is a more important topic these days than that. Understanding the depth of its heterogeneity and which parts of it want which outcome.
The regular army (Artesh) is really not as important in this war as the IRGC; the same goes for non-IRGC government officials.
Can you do a reframe like "I need to rest now because of the exertion. I will come back to this later and it will be easier."
And then find something else to do which is more relaxing in that moment?
Even if it's just the train to Glasgow, I'll take a bus that gets me to the station plenty early because I don't get anything done for watching the clock at home anyway. Once I'm at the station I don't have to worry about the getting ready part any more or how much of a buffer is enough. It's done.
