I was trying to figure out whether I was going through a depressive episode finally. Nope, extreme burnout but I cannot have a meltdown whilst I'm taking care of tiny human. I've mastered disassociating on command now so that's a cool skill ✌️ I'm ok, it's just tough 🫠
