Isn't each Ft Wilderness reservation good for like 12 people? That would make for a pretty decent 12yo's birthday party. I could see them changing it to two day or more reservations only.

Captain EO, Honey I Shrunk the Kids Playground, If You Had Wings, Superstar Television, Cranium Command, Penny Arcade, Frontierland Shootin' Gallery, Studio Tour...this is gonna be a big park.

You should check on it. My heritage allows me to gain Italian citizenship. It costs a lot and you have to jump through a bunch of hoops, but it's possible. Maybe Norway does something similar?
