Not back to reviewing but I have been playing the latest release on iOS by Direwolf Digital of Ark Nova!

It's tricky to fit so much onto such a small screen, some icons are hard to fathom when they're that small! That being said I'm thoroughly enjoying it and it's a slick adaptation, as expected!

One noise cancelling ear bud set to transparency mode and one set to full noise cancelling is a fresh hell I've just experienced and I wouldn't wish it on another person

That was my motivation, I don't want to sit at a PC and never liked the form factor of a laptop on the sofa. I love the Switch and so more flexibility in a similar floor was a no brainer! I say do it!!!

Yesterday I went from playing on my Steam Deck back to my Switch and the weight difference is stark!

Can't believe just how much heavier it is, not that I notice when I'm playing. Forever impressed with what Nintendo managed to do with the Switch!

My therapist preaches that my hyper focus means I do a days worth of work in 3 hrs so as long as they get the outcome they want from me why does it matter

It raises an interesting question for me, are they paying for my time, a full 7 hours or are they paying for my skills & the outputs they bring?

Every week I have guilt that I'm not working hard enough at work due to my autistic burnout and my need to nap for half of the work day.

Then every week I come back in and get told I've done loads of work and that everyone's happy with my performance.

This is a cycle I never seem to break.

I think there must be something to that, Siamese Dream came out when I was doing my paper round so I played it a bunch on the CD Walkman so the pumpkins must just take me back to then!

A flooded road and an abandoned car

The bottom of my road flooded yesterday and I was up every 2 hours throughout the night to unclog the tiny drain outside my house which gets blocked by leaves from the tree just so I didn't wake up to a swimming pool for a kitchen.

Our climate is not happy with us

I've played an obscene amount of Vampire Survivors the last 2 days. So simple but so satisfying plus it really gives me the rinse and repeat 20-30 minute runs I like these days just like Slay the Spire did as well as Hades.

Plus the fact they are mine and not just pulled from a list means people don't automatically know what cards I have in there and what I am going to play next like I do from so many decks out there

I had a clear out of my Marvel Snap decks and left myself only these 3. I've been piloting these for months now and I know how to play them optimally which goes a long way to getting cubes compared to grabbing a deck of some list somewhere

If you want an upside to this, I have gone up 40 levels on Marvel Snap today as well as securing some Infinity tickets in conquest mode so it's not all bad I guess

I've been struggling with autistic overwhelm today and have been very much in recovery for passing myself past my boundaries this week at both work and home. This has meant being home alone lying on my sofa doing very very little and struggling with life

Yeah just to be able to play with different birds alone is adding stuff! Played the base game and European expansion so much I'm basically on autopilot!

Wingspan Oceania expansion is installed on the Steam Deck, time to try it out!

I'm excited as Wingspan is one of my most played board game apps so give me more content!

I work a lot in Excel for work and so my friends send me formulas they are pleased they did, here's the most recent one I got sent, who's going to tell them 😂

I've been cross posting exactly the same stuff to see if there's a difference and it's shocking how I get the same engagement despite having basically no followers here (not that I have tonnes there)
