Since I’ve been having fun recreating old minis I’ve picked up some cheap digital callipers so I’m not just using a ruler and eyeballing it. I must now know the exact size of everything in the house.

A thing that is actively preventing them from making an amount of money they could be making?

For more on this, please enjoy the "Big Pile Trilogy," three episodes of my Serious Disness podcast where we first saw this starting to happen.

So happy Serafinowicz is in it. He was in Dark Souls 2 and is apparently a honking Souls nerd. Delightful

I heard there was a tasty meal
From Mexico, with great appeal
It's quick to make and could be so much harder
A spicy sauce to make you smile
It's topped with cheese and baked a while
The warming and delicious
Enchilada

FUN NEW APHANTASIA TEST

Play noughts and crosses with someone in your head! Do you actively have to keep track of where the moves have been made, or do you just see it?

For this pioneering research I would like to be paid seven thousand pounds.

I've just watched two people play this on stream and do you know what? This is really fucking good! Deeply stupid. Very funny. I feel gross saying that about my own work but I have just seen people play it! And watched people watch that! This is GOOD!

Plumber came to fix the leaking toilet. When he finished, we noticed that you couldn't close the bathroom door because the toilet bumped against it because he had re-seated it a millimeter further forward than it had been. That's how small my loo is. Fucking ridiculous.

Comic. I’m at my desk, leaning over to the doorway, saying “Hey! Foghorn! Foghorn Leghorn! Get in here!”
Foghorn Leghorn is walking past the doorway, “Boy, I tell ya, I tell ya, not so loud, boy. What, I say, I say, what d’ya want?”
Next panel, I’m gesturing to my computer. “How do I find that really good manga you recommended? It’s an anime now? I keep getting Halloween costumes.” Foghorn leans over my chair, “well, boy, I say, I say, you ain’t typin the entire title.”
Last panel, I turn around- “you said ‘witch hat.’ Foghorn gets in my face- “open your ears, boy!! ‘Witch Hat Atelier, I tell ya! I tell ya ‘Atelier,’ I tell ya’”

A screenshot from r/today I learned, and it's "TIL Month Python's famous gag in Holy Grail of using coconuts for horse clips was NOT out of budget necessity, but was in fact the first idea..."

and from that we can intuit the rest: this is a person who watched the film, saw the coconuts gag and thought "ah, they must not have been able to afford a horse. Never mind, I'll just watch around it"
