One of these days I'm going to cut you into little pieces.

Oh! I missed seeing that reg is open.
Some people have had a rude awakening when they thought having a fursuit would bring them attention and likability, and then it didn't happen after getting a fursuit. Work on the social skills first, make connections, learn from others about the hobby/craft, learn about more than just fursuits.
"If I went around saying I was an emperor, just because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me, theyβd put me away..."
If you open the can, is it like those snakes-in-a-can gags, but with wolves?
Social media gives a different impression since fursuits are so visual. I do see some people on social media and streamers tell people that they don't need a fursuit, often in response to someone saying that they need a fursuit before going to a con, but the misconception persists.
I went and saw Project Hail Mary.
A guy came in with his service dog and the dog sat there the whole time just concentrating on the movie.
Afterwards I told the guy I was amazed your dog watched the movie like that.
He replied, me too especially because he hated the book.
I'm dealing with that when chatting with my nephew. Just the other day he said to me, "I know you told me that you don't need a fursuit to go to a furcon, but...". He doesn't want to go unless he and his boyfriend have fursuits. π
Wham, bam, thank you mam
He got revamped
I wonder where the surplus males are. Do turkeys not produce as many males, or do they get killed in fights, or is it like Mormon "lost boys" that get kicked out so that the remaining males can be polygamists? Or maybe there are gay turkey flocks somewhere.
Wild turkeys in a yard
I saw a flock of turkeys in the neighborhood when I was out walking a couple weeks ago. Looks like one male and his harem.
Can call it a B-sides Party
I remember the first time I used a Sparc workstation, it was super fast for its time, one of the earliest commercial RISC architecture machine.
I hadn't heard of this movie before. It's a Canadian production that might have not had much marketing in the US. The "trivia" mentioned is that it was inspired by the writings of Clive Barker, who directed the movie Hellraiser.

I was on a business trip to Boston and went out to the end of the MBTA red line to meet you for dinner. I think that was just before you moved to the west coast.
Soft touch plastic is a scourge. I didn't know baking soda helps.
Definitely some of the MFFs, and I first met you at FWA around 2015
The random threat whiplash, just like with the tariffs, makes the stock markets swing wildly. It certainly feels like it could be making a lot of money for certain people who have insider knowledge.
Today marks 7yrs since my friend Dogbomb left this earth. The words he asked me to read at an ALS walk still resonate:1)Be kind 2 strangers.2)Help those in need. 3)Have a smile& a good word 4 everyone.4)Tell your friends &family that you love them at every opportunity.

The usual "two weeks" default delay
I think it's because NASA tells their partners to use the cameras because they have "flight heritage", and that carries a lot of weight. They call it high-TRL.
That's the wild thing about space vehicles. It's common to use GoPro cameras with some mechanical enhancements. We're using them on my project.
But they'll still take your monthly dues
I have one of those, given by my mom as a gift. The CD player gets a little fussy at times. I think it needs some lube.
I have a 2nd one with a front loading slot, also a gift. It refuses to turn on when cold, which is apparently a common problem with that model. I use it with a Bluetooth adapter.
Don't pop the bubble
I have listened through multiple times. I assume you've seen the KEXP performance. Other concert videos are starting to pop up over the last few days since they played in Montreal.
Lack of political will is the challenge. The dem congressional reps are making posts that Congress needs to do something in 3rd person voice like it's someone else's responsibility. They ARE Congress.
