Hey @melliedm.bsky.social - I know the form is closed, but I want to throw my hat into the ring. I'm a full-time professional GM running DH 6-7/wk. I've run more DH than almost anyone else and have adopted it as my specialty.
Message me any time. I'd love to show you why I'm the best fit.

@norsefoundry.com Hey there! I'm trying to get in touch with Emily but I'm unsure if my emails are being received. Can you help?

I love seeing Quiver getting some love! I bought mine quite a while ago and they've only gone up like $10 in nearly a decade. Pretty awesome.
If you’re at #gencon make sure you check out the @deathwish5e.com room! It’s all community 5e games where you WILL die… probably!

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned @deanspencerart.bsky.social
What does the mimic *taste* like. These are the important questions.
The idea here, I think, is that if you're rolling for loot a lot, you'll sometimes get awesome things, but usually get midrange stuff, and the midrange scoots up for each tier. I like it, but I also don't really roll for loot very often. I like it in theory.
Both players need to spend their downtime preparing to get this benefit.
That's fair. Honestly I'm happy to call this a GM style thing versus anything specific to Daggerheart.
I actually think this is a good thing. It's about discovering the information through play. 14 doesn't hit? +2. 16 doesn't either? Noted.
Fortunately GMs can very very easily disclose this if they want to and it really won't hurt anything.
I had VIP pit tickets for the 1989 tour. At the time, $420 felt like a lot of money but I guess today that'd be a steal for a regular seat, it seems!
Sort of. GM gets Fear, *and* a complication occurs. It doesn't always need to be on screen, but it does happen in the moment and then the Fear can be utilized another time.
There are two things that Daggerheart didn't invent, but it supports them in a natural and easy way: improvisation and collaborative world building.
Rob, I've been running Daggerheart for over a year now and I'd love to host a game for you sometime.
You really don't need the cards at all. Nor the tokens, really (though you want something to represent them, you can just use dice instead).

Book mask is way better. I read that book as a kid!
Oh my god you are bringing back memories with this!
Quite the opposite, because a human CAN identify it. The AI is just really bad at its job, in both cases.
And the AI that checks the AI can not consistently detect the AI.
Agree. There has to be a middle ground between YGO tins and high priced master sets.
The RL has its issues but definitely, cards costing more than the pack is an inevitable result of random design, and of course it's intentional. I don't think there's anything wrong with that model, necessarily, though. I will say that I do wish smaller card games would just do LCGs instead.
Ohhhh I remember this conversation now. Ridiculous. Thank you for helping me figure out what was going on.
