I love to cook, and bake, but this after my painstaking 2 hour potato croquette journey today has been a day of wanting to toss pans across the kitchen in blind hot rage.

Not every bake is a good bake. Sometimes you just get a cake that will not budge from the pan, and I am the most stubborn brat on earth who refuses to admit defeat. I call these “I’m mad as balls.” Originally this was a chocolate cake with orange glaze. Now it’s whatever this is. 🙄

Early trade school education like 11th and 12th grade would be a good thing to invest in in more schools. I went to a technical school for two years while in high school, and while I didn’t pursue that career it did give me the options. (And prepared me for moving away from high school education)
