Kilmar Abrego Garcia detained by ICE during Baltimore check-in The detention, which was expected, happened after Abrego Garcia walked into the Immigration and Customs Enforcement building in Baltimore for a check-in after being released from custody on Friday.

Let’s be clear: deporting Kilmar Abrego Garcia to Uganda makes no sense—it’s not his home country. Nothing about this process has been fair. ICE is targeting him with cruelty. This is the weaponization of government, not justice.

Florida bans "The Diary of Anne Frank" in school libraries. Whoever made this decision should have to eat every page of that amazing book, page by page.

Who Really Controls the National Guard? The Second Amendment Debate We’ve Ignored America’s state militias were meant as a check on tyranny. Now they can be federalized at will.

The Second Amendment wasn’t written for executive orders and barbed wire around the Capitol—it was written to ensure a well-regulated militia that answers to the people and their states. Today, that balance is being pulled apart. My latest:

If you’re trying to make it harder for people to vote, stop pretending to give a shit about democracy.

Every American - regardless of their political views - deserves to have their voice heard.

So…

The bill passed?

I mean… I’m not surprised…

But like… there are still SO MANY PEOPLE who have absolutely no idea just how fucked we are.

This will have decades-long repercussions.

This isn’t okay.

Ugh.

The way we were treated at Delaney Hall is almost unbelievable. ICE shoved me, manhandled @repbonnie.bsky.social, and arrested Mayor Baraka.

They disrespected us and tried to stop us from conducting the oversight we’re elected to do. But we’ll never back down in our fight for what is right.

How about some basic rules?
--All law enforcement officers should wear identification
--No law enforcement officers should be allowed masks
--All law enforcement officers should wear and use body cams
...oh and...
--All law enforcement officers should understand, respect & follow the law

“Abolish ICE” is the moderate position. Radical is “prosecute every ICE employee under RICO.”

Why is ICE wearing masks? What are they hiding?

The Mayor of Newark was arrested at an ICE facility—when elected officials showed up, masked agents roughed them up, including an 80-year-old congresswoman. Why?!

Arrest of judge in immigration dispute mirrors similar 2018 Trump administration case In 2018, a Massachusetts judge was accused of helping an undocumented migrant sneak out of a courthouse.

The arrest of a judge over an immigration dispute mirrors a similar case from Trump’s first term.
