#AOM2025 attendees!
We have been told each room was pre-set and must remain in its original layout throughout the conference. If anyone moves or disconnects chairs, tables, or AV equipment, this violates Fire Marshal and evacuation codes.
➡️Resets are fined €1,000 penalty per session!!
I really hope Americans can push back on all of these things, but so much is happening at once. www.nytimes.com/2025/07/22/c...
The proportion of CO2 in the atmosphere grew at a record 3.75 ppm last year -- a jump 27% bigger than the previous record increase.
The best explanation: forests and soils are so stressed by climate change they're losing the ability to absorb our emissions.

Only a few days left to submit to our subtheme!
