You can sign up for an account to allied services such as aethy.com, minds.com, binky.fish, dill.burggit.moe, etc, and use their search function to follow baraag artists you are interested in, just use "@artistname@baraag.net" as the search term.

Try open baraag with/without VPN service if you are subscribed to one, also see if you can load the website on your phone or another device to rule out possible network issue.

You may also use Tor Browser to view baraag, but speeds may be subpar.
