Easter is a whole week away, friend

Fireworks going off in my neighborhood when there's no occasion, and I had to quickly check the news just to see if It had happened yet

I've been working on this in some fashion since December 💦

There are some events that divide your life into "before" and "after", and today is the anniversary of such an event for me. It feels like a betrayal to say "I'm okay", but time really does heal. There will always be a bit of heaviness and grief to carry along with the love, but today I am okay.

Hey all, I'm bad at managing my time and the Severe Weather stream just isn't ready. I wanna do this one justice and not give you something half-assed, so it will be postponed to likely be next week sometime. For tonight, I'm gonna take it easy and get ready for the 5k tomorrow morning!

I totally feel that. I had to cancel last Saturday because heavy rains flooded my apartment and they had to come pull out some destroyed carpet/baseboards and put a loud fan in the room. Can't help Mother Nature, I suppose lol
