For what it's worth, I speak French relatively well (but am much more comfortable in English) and Deepl does a very good job translating. I used it for reports I had initially drafted in English and with some editing it works well.

Weather-wise Andalucia should be very nice that time of year (Seville, Cordoba, Cadiz). Madrid and Barcelona have more to offer food-wise IMO but will be colder. Happy to share restaurant recommendations (just spent 3years in Seville)
