In my first Policy Note for IFPRI Malawi, we explore the economic and welfare implications of the reduction of US foreign assistance in Malawi.
Just to note that we've now uploaded data and replication files for this work, including the contract lists.
Thanks for this interesting work! Would it be possible to provide a link to the list of retained awards?

For what it's worth, I speak French relatively well (but am much more comfortable in English) and Deepl does a very good job translating. I used it for reports I had initially drafted in English and with some editing it works well.
Weather-wise Andalucia should be very nice that time of year (Seville, Cordoba, Cadiz). Madrid and Barcelona have more to offer food-wise IMO but will be colder. Happy to share restaurant recommendations (just spent 3years in Seville)

Since I admitted being here mostly for the animal content, its only fair that I introduce Mao as well!
It appears I have left the sinking ship, so time to introduce myself: Hi everyone, I am a development economist (currently surrounded by agricultural economists at the JRC). Mostly here to see pictures of everyone's pets. Learning about interesting new research is a great bonus!
