This is an actual post. This is not funny. This is beyond desperate. This is a deeply unwell man who doesnβt belong anywhere near the levers of power. Every member of his cabinet and Congress is complicit in not demanding his removal now.
I think this is one of those moral imperative things

And in horrifying news, Idaho's governor has signed the felony bathroom ban, with 5 year penalties for second offense bathroom usage, into law.
This is the most significant criminalization of trans people to date.
On trans day of visibility no less.
It will require a new "Do not travel" warning.
Says everything I ever really need to say π€·ββοΈ

2) Heβs only against wind turbines because they βruin the viewβ of his golf course in Scotland.
3) Wind doesnβt get stuck in the Strait of Hormuz. Wind energy is better for national security.
Love to see a lunatic tilting at windmills. π€·ββοΈ
I can't shake the feeling that we are about to see in Congress what anyone who has followed me has seen in state houses when it comes to "rules" preventing anti-trans bills from passing.
I know all reporting says SAVE won't pass because votes aren't there for ending the filibuster, but... nervous.
1. In the most extreme bathroom ban moving in the nation, Idaho's House has passed a bathroom ban with a potential 5 year prison sentence for 2nd offense-using the bathroom.
It even counts "offenses" of using the bathroom in other states.
It now moves to the Senate.

1. Attacks on LGBTQ+ people have always been tied with the erosion of democracy.
Now, a bill has just been passed in Florida that lets DeSantis remove elected officials for promoting pride/LGBTQ+ people in their official capacity.
No court hearing necessary.

I was unaware how much tobacco marketers went on to influence our perceptions of climate change.
It's always eye-opening -- and inspiring -- to speak with atmospheric scientist and educator @katharinehayhoe.com:
DOGE Boy can be used as a dishonorific title that should follow them for life. I want them to have to explain to their nieces and nephews why they are called the DOGE Boy Justin Fox and not welcome at thanksgiving.
We are all lighthouses in the end, kittens.
Itβs why we share favorite songs. Or sunset photos. Or send check-in texts. Or voice notes. Or Snapchats.
Sometimes, Iβll post when Iβm sideways, so that others know that itβs normal. We all get a little wonky now and again.
But we shine for each other.
Or a role model, or a friend. Instead I leaned so hard into masculinity and pretended as best I could for decades. No vulnerability or honesty with myself. I'm happy now, and so very thankful for every second I get to be myself, but I spent 35 years locked in a nightmare I wouldn't wish on an enemy.
It really is like this. I knew from a very young age and when I began to realize I was not in a safe place to even have these revelations, much less act on them, I did everything I could to force it to not be true. It just doesn't work that way, though. I wish I'd had a therapist to talk to as a kid
I love the lil dino plushies! they are simply so cute ππ
BREAKING: SCOTUS shadow docket decision rules in favor of forced outing of trans students, reinstating a lower court ruling against California's law prohibiting forced outing. Also references forcing teachers to misgender trans students. Horrific precedent.
