That is wrong, and it shuts down the space needed for honest discussion.

Just as people across the world are horrified by what’s happening, there are also Jewish and more widely Israeli voices who are speaking out against the war crimes being perpetrated in their names….

It’s important to say this clearly: criticising a government’s policies and their war criminal prime minister is not the same thing as criticising a people or a faith. Too often, any questioning of the Israeli government’s actions in Gaza was deliberately conflated with antisemitism.
