A 3D rendering of the Van Allen radiation belts around Earth, as well as the 7 Apollo mission trajectories relative to the belts' orientation. This shows how each Apollo spacecraft left Earth and began their journey to the Moon. Notably Apollo 14 went straight through the densest parts of the belts, and Apollo 17 took a path way further "south" than the others.

Working on the Van Allen belts-section for the latest Everyday Astronaut video was an incredible challenge and really, really fun!

I'll dive deeper into all the numbers I crunched to ensure the accuracy of the Apollo orbits/trajectories.

For now please enjoy the pretty colors I made :)

Massive congrats on a successful orbit to the Blue Origin New Glenn team, you all built something incredible there! ✨ Can't wait for the next ones πŸ”₯πŸš€

Have seen a few people talk about Windows vs MacOS recently. One of the things that has baffled me my entire 26 year existence on this planet is why these tabs swap places... It messes me up every time, and the logic that it gets brought to the front (I guess?) is not worth it lol

It'll be a series of artworks, spaceflight and time-themed, and will attempt some real-world... flair Let's see where it takes me!

A 3D render in a forest, with a blurry effect as to obscure the details. A large bent tower is visible and some other elements hinting of spaceflight and some accident perhaps? The morning sun shines through the leaves and gives a nice warm glow as you are viewing from the shadows just above the ground.

Excited for you guys to see my work on upcoming Everyday Astronaut videos & other places, now that I don't have too much time to work on personal projects.

Here's a teaser to a project I've been working on & off on for... years :)

Just got KSP 2, flight 1 was perfect. Flight 2 can't get launch because it's trying to do so from inside the VAB lol

~I am enjoying it however β€” surprisingly emotional since KSP is the reason I'm into rockets and 3D modeling at all β€” it really is beautiful and much easier to pick up

A 3D render of the giant SpaceX Starship rocket standing tall in the Martian night, in front of a massive glass dome structure with trees visible inside with bright lights glowing and lighting the surrounding area. Smaller futuristic looking structures and buildings can be seen in front, and a crewed vehicle can be see driving at the bottom of the image.

Hi Bluesky, here's a 3D render of Starship at "Mars Base Alpha" - just gonna be posting some of my backlog over the coming days πŸ”₯πŸš€
