1. The central claim in the indictment of SPLC is a lie.

The DOJ/FBI accuse SPLC of lying to donors about seeking to “dismantle” extremist groups while secretly funding them. But the funds were used to infiltrate & help law enforcement dismantle these groups. Kash Patel knows this is the truth…

NYTimes has spent years breathlessly repeating claims that objecting to the treatment of Palestinians is antisemitic, but when right-wingers say they're “J-pilled,” NYTimes calls this "slang for skepticism of Israeli influence."

Where's the "J" in "Israel"? Might that "J" mean something else?

To keep pinning the reality that White Supremacy is rampant in America on the POTUS, is an easy opportunity for reporters and talking heads to steer responsibility away from America's historical systemic racial problems. POTUS didn't start this. He definitely capitalized and monetized off it.

THIS ISN’T JUST DISTURBING. IT’S A WARNING.

Jason Selvig of The Good Liars shares what he heard from young folks at CPAC —and it should stop you cold.

They’re moving on from Trump. But they didn’t reject him, they absorbed him. He normalized white nationalism.

I would like some of the folks who signed the Harper’s letter or spent years yammering about the threat to free speech posed by Oberlin undergrads protesting eugenicists to bring an ounce of that energy to the state censoring entire disciplines.

It’s not strange. Grown Americans in positions of power & authority called the police on to campuses, and threatened the future work and livelihood of 20 year olds because they dared to stand against the mass bombing of women and children.

And they will never forget it.

Birth Rate Discourse is always rooted in racism. It's not that there aren't enough people, it's that the people are the "wrong" color.

I will always note, when this comes up: panic over declining white birthrates is where the anti-abortion movement starts in the late 19th century.

Yesterday, The Sheriffs, MPD and law enforcement brutally put down a peaceful anti-ICE protest outside of the Whipple Federal Building in Minneapolis.

There has been little to no coverage of what is happening in Minneapolis since Trump's supposed stand down, which is why we need to spread the word.

Trump Administration Moves to Allow Intelligence Agencies Easier Access to Law Enforcement Files “None of this has been thought through very carefully,” one official said of the plans, which upend long-standing restrictions meant to protect Americans’ privacy.

Since the CIA’s Watergate-era spying on civil rights and anti-war activists inside the United States, intelligence agencies have, with some exceptions, been prohibited from gathering information on the domestic activities of U.S. citizens.

Incredible opinion. It holds that the common ICE tactic of jumping out of an unidentified rental vehicle and seizing suspected noncitizens while masked violates the Fourth Amendment because the *manner* of the seizure is incompatible with a free society governed by the rule of law.

Los Angeles Police Department Encourages School
Attendance Amid Recent Downtown Activity
Los Angeles: In light of recent activity in the downtown area, the Los Angeles Police Department would like to take this opportunity to remind parents and students of the importance of staying in school.
School attendance is mandatory in the City of Los Angeles and there may be legal consequences for parents and students for:
• Day time Curfew violations - It is unlawful for any minors under 18 to be in public places, streets, or amusement spots during school hours (typically 8:30 am
to 1:30 pm. The only exception includes being with a parent, authorized school activities, or emergencies.
• California Education Code violations:
• Mandates that all children between the ages of six and eighteen, unless exempted, must attend a full-time public day school for the full designated school day.
• Middle and high school students are legally permitted one excused absence per calendar year to participate in a "civic or political event," provided advance school notification (emphasis added).
• Additionally, Los Angeles Unified School District policy states that three or more unexcused absences or tardies of 30 minutes or more, can trigger a School Attendance Review Board (SARB) intervention for disciplinary action.
Parents and students are also reminded that presence at school promotes intellectual growth. It becomes more difficult to fill knowledge gaps with student absences. Attendance builds good habits and healthy routines; and provides structure and stability. Lastly, school attendance also increases student safety, which includes safety resources provided by the Los Angeles Unified School District.
