Yeah. I guess Iowa (where I am) is a little better. IowaWorks (what ours is called) makes you jump through hoops, you have to log in and register at least 4 applications a week, and also do some re-employment activities (seminars, etc), and even then no guarantees. BFF has gotten nothing both times.

oh totally understandable. I remember you mentioning a long ways back (decade or more) that not reading fanfic on your works was the easiest way to avoid legal difficulties later on. I forget if it was one of the test podcasts you made. (I enjoyed them so I occasionally listen again)
