Been fighting bad mood all day and decided to go to gym w anger and vengeance in my heart and already feel better

some survival stories are human vs nature with surviving being related to conquering and personal strenghth, yet i continue to think how human has to return to their home and people at the end of these to feel safe at the end of these.

solo survival stories rly remind me how humans are social and communal animals. maybe im just thinking into it but that shit beautiful.

I think people should make an effort to sincerely tell people who improve their life what they mean to them. Have a boss that really supported you? Tell them that repeatedly. Have a best friend who you love? Tell them in detail how you appreciate them. Love an artist? Tell them why. Life is hard. 🏴‍☠️
